How it is laid out
The entrance hall opens into a bright living and dining room with a fireplace, a ceiling fan and wide doors onto a shaded terrace. The kitchen is separate and fully fitted, and there is a shower room with WC on this level too — useful with sandy children coming in from the pool. A staircase leads up to the three bedrooms, the two full bathrooms and the two upper balconies; there is no lift, which is worth knowing if anyone in your party finds stairs difficult.

Worth knowing before you book
The bedrooms and the two full bathrooms are on the upper floor, reached by stairs — there is no lift, though a shower room with WC sits on the ground floor. The pool is communal and shared with the rest of the condominium. There is a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit in the house, but no smoke alarm. Pets are not accepted, and neither are groups of under-25s. Parties and events are not permitted at any time.
